What are you talking about? Shaun did a 2500:1 RS recently, then massively diluted immediately after. This wiped out any value of the pre-rs bagholders. Shaun and his family hold almost the entirety of stock between common and controlling (preferred) shares.

Wtf are you talking about? They MASSIVELY diluted over 15M shares after the R/S, just in a couple weeks! That effectively wiped out any value of pre-R/S holders.

Revenue declined year over year from 2.1M in 2023 to 1.8M in 2024, while op-ex ballooned from 2M->5M. They are taking a credit/gain of 2M on discontinued operations, and also an unrealized gain on investment (which appears to be the Zena shares that've tanked) so that is all paper/fake.
What is real is the 3.5M operational loss.

Funny how a bunch of his relatives have preferred shares in the company from 'loans' and 'investment activities' as well... and how he 'sold' some of Epaz holding to Zena, so just moving paper between his companies.

Correct annual updated - balance sheet much better, notes gone, no dilution since R/S...might grab some.
