I think it would not sit well with the SEC to pound the table no reverse and then pull one out of thin air, besides, no point. $PSRU has consistently been one of the OTC most active list time and time again. Look at the ask, not many .0001's even left. So far, Dr. X has followed through on everything he has been working on.

Think about what you are asking? How can there be 27 billion shares traded over the course of a year give or take with only 16 billion O/S? There has been little to no dilution. People buy hold a bit, get impatient and turn around and place sell orders at .0001 to get out and break even. Problem is, all these .0001's have been going into much stronger hands than just two-bit flip artist. It is coming my friend, reverse is just fear mongering, Xavier has pounded the table like what 7 times maybe 9 no reverse lol.

Funny you mention my speculative play.... It was in the same position as PSRU with no bid and it actually has real verifiable operations/products and it lost 90% because of a reverse split. Will you or any long here guarantee that PSRU will not do a reverse split this year?

Also; someone mentioned unlimited .0001's for PSRU. Its not unlimited like someone mentioned, but the .0001's keep showing up. Wednesday there was around 75 million .0001's on the ask and today there is over 100 million shares on the ask. The .0001's dont disappear even though this ticker does XXX million in volume monthly (which you are a "master" at posting). Where are all the .0001's coming from?

to be dumb, bag holding retail, about to get R:S on.
Retail can't afford that notional amount. The math is so easy I won't

After I saw it was .0001 I started buying.
Been wrong on timing, obviously I'm holding till this rips higher

You can't use EB - 5 funding to do a share buyback it will be more than enough to launch super cinema in a major metropolitan area. The legend of Zelda movie will bring in more money than the current market cap of the company and Xavier has alluded several times that that would be used for share buybacks!
