Look at the day he diluted 1.1b Then the day he announced no more dilution for the rest of the month basically the day after.
Now returns just 100m from that recent 1.1b to cover his ass from investigation because technically he did cancel some but not what all others would deem significant.
But to some it is significant....
So that 1.1b he diluted could have been him converting his preferred C and basically profiting $100k selling the .0001's after returning the 100m

I still think the 100 million was not the one expected. 100 million is far from significant so there must be something else in the works.

So for PSRU to say "Our efficient transfer agent" is complete BS
So the company didn't relay on the time frame they gave or the measly 100m was it.
After all they can't afford a buyback with only $2400 cash

Good afternoon,

I see there is much talk about the share buyback and feel that the 100m reported on the OTC update seems just plain insignificant. It is to say the least. However, volume on this issue is sporadic meaning there are days when volume is extremely low and as noted this past week on Monday, Tuesday and Wed. we had decent volume, and it was on these days that the company executed their buyback.

So, let's not bash the company yet and give it a chance. I have mention in one of my previous posts that a significant buyback has to be around 25% of the O/S to even qualify as a substantial amount and this means for price movement. Now there are rules because it is only 100m. The SEC requires a strict buyback to adhere to 25% of the company's daily average volume and this after a lackluster volume going back weeks, this past week allowed the company to buy back their shares. We had huge volume. Also, the buyback has time constraints and price as to when what and how. Since the company has a no bid and trading at .0001 for months obviously the price doesn't really have bearing, but time is based on the hour after the open and can run through the trading session and 1/2 hour before the close. They meet these parameters only the volume is the burden since the company needs volume and why the hit the Twittersphere's with a reduction. This was simple an approach to increase the volume thus buyback.

The buyback can only come from a certain MM or single dealer on any given day. These purchases can't come from a roundabout network. It is generally the host MM that officiates the buyback on behalf of the company.

As you can see that since volume is on most days of insignificant quantity, you obviously can't execute a buyback. This is my major concern since the company is not big on releasing major news announcement or National Press Releases, but through venues that are very isolated or not well disseminated through the investment community. The company can now disclose daily repurchase activity as they have through tweeter, but as you have noticed they are vague, but nevertheless, it has to accompany the quarterly or 10K as attachment. I'm sure these updates will happen, but we are seeing the updates via the OTC website in the interim almost on a daily when applicable.

So, we can only surmise that if volume increases to a point of reasonable significance, we will see a certain amount of buyback, but until the lackluster and no real catalyst from the company expect the same outcome with real teeth into the reduction and that is the current problem we face and a real detriment on our ROI. Still optimistically bullish, but with concern.
