Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation’s leading network of home care, senior care, home health, hospice and medical staffing services, announced today the addition of Donna Merritt as vice president of clinical quality.

“We’re thrilled to bring Donna on board to serve in the pivotal function of setting Interim HealthCare’s clinical direction,” said Paul Mastrapa, president and CEO of Interim HealthCare. “Clinical care is at the core of everything we do, and Donna’s background and track record of success make her uniquely suited to work with our franchisees across the nation to further the company’s long tradition of clinical excellence.”

Merritt, a registered nurse with a background in risk management, brings extensive experience and proven success in home health and hospice management to her new role. She will have comprehensive oversight of Interim HealthCare’s clinical operations and lead quality initiatives to continuously improve the standard of care and patient experience in consultation with franchise leaders, senior leaders, and clinicians. Her knowledge of the industry and eye towards innovating for the future will lend even greater focus to enhancing Interim HealthCare’s patient care approach that builds on the company’s more than five decades of experience in pioneering personalized care at home.
