Can't believe people are still arguing over this lol. It is what it is, all we can do is wait n watch. No point in bashing each other. Everyone placed their own orders.

I have an opinion, I have absolutely no clue what so ever so I will be patient and wait lol. Whatever happens, happens. Whatever doesn’t, doesn’t. I am 100% sure about that.

Sorry netmoney1999 but in all of the excitement here I forgot to respond to your post.. better late than never as they say. When I was talking about the "Turning Point" I was talking about the entire OTC market and not specific to EGOC. Although I can see where that covid thingy may have contributed also.. Here is what I said in my post:

That said you may also have a valid point in that maybe the Chinese authorities did a crack down on reverse mergers or companies breaking into the US markets . I certainly would not rule that out as a "possible reason" why EGOC went silent. I would love to see EGOC claw their way back and update the backlog of filings etc. Perhaps they didn't have any income to report and just figured why bother meeting the deadlines when they had no income... Maybe they figured that as soon as they can deliver the goods with a productive company with earnings etc they would then get everything up to date and current.. If they had no income to report it is my guess they would have been booted down to the expert market until such time that they could produce solid incomes. Those pesky new rules would have kicked in and the same temporary results of being thrown to the expert market would have happened with or without the filings..I personally believe that they had no solid revenues yet and decided not to waste the time and money filing when the outcome was going to be pretty much the same at least for a period of time until they squared away a solid business model with solid earnings!! Who knows? The shadow knows!! lol

At any rate I had meant to reply to your post but with all of the funk going on here on the EGOC ihub board it got bumped to the back of the line so to speak. Any thoughts on my theory concerning them maybe holding off until such time that they have real solid income with a solid business going forward? I will check back this coming week when I have more time!

No, the turning point was when China dropped the hammer a couple years ago on businesses doing reverse mergers into the US stock market to try to hide money and make it easier to do shady financial things.
Nothing is here, and nothing ever was. Just like the vast majority of Chinese RMs... pumped and suddenly stopped all communication, and disappeared into the Expert.

As one of the "moderators" on this board I continue to choose to allow Agua77 to post his off topic and personal attack posts here regularly. I have chosen not to exercise my power of deleting those posts that often go way over the line with accusations etc. I still believe in free speech and the free expression of everyone's "opinions" even if they don't jive with what I believe and know to be true. In a free society we have to take the good with the bad when it comes to free speech.

I realize there isn't a lot to talk about concerning EGOC at this particular time as we wait to see how this pans out. I must say that seeing the same accusations over and over again is getting a bit old. I can only imagine how bored others have become with it. I mean really? The EGOC stock isn't even trading and is on the expert market and agua77 is still throwing accusations out there of pumping because I remain optimistic to this day. lol.. Yes folks you just can't make this up.

At any rate these are just my opinions and I do remain hopeful for a positive outcome with EGOC but as far as the personal attacks and accusations go here I am guessing that pattern isn't going to change any time soon but I also remain somewhat hopeful that he sees the errors in his ways.

Should you choose to read my comments with clarity you'll notice I'm addressing the issue of ANYONE being able to express their opinions.

Probably enough of pointing out the obvious. Are the current owners of the EGOC ticker going to get it together and surprise some here by producing the backlog of filings some time this year and follow through with their stated goals? Hard telling as they have been quiet for some time.

Looking back I think the turning point for the OTC market in general was just after the covid thingy.. In my view I think that covid thingy really messed up a lot of businesses and especially new startups . We could argue about just why EGOC has not kept up their filings after the reverse split and their stated lofty press releases about upcoming acquisitions and upbeat possible up listings to a bigger board but the point is they stopped filing and so here we are.

I am hopeful that EGOC either gets their buns in gear and updates their filings and moves back up and out of the expert market and does so with some great numbers with acquisitions that produce the goods and/or they (EGOC ticker) changes hands and becomes a hot hot hot ticker under new ownership and a new business model thus making us all a pot full of money. Time will tell concerning just 2 possible scenarios that I submitted here. I am sure there are those here that will come back and say it's over,, it's done,,, toast,,,, dead,,, and of course that also is a possible scenario. All that we can do is wait and hope . We all know that it's been a bad spell for the OTC markets as a whole since covid and the new rules mandates have perhaps added some more anxiety to this particular market . Markets tend to be cyclical and that wheel just keeps on turning round and round. Personally I know that I will be here waiting for the outcome and I will remain optimistic while the waiting continues! Remember this ,, the EGOC share structure is awesome awesome awesome so the future might just be awesome also. The plate is set and now we wait for the dinner party to arrive!

Agua will continue on with his outrageous opinions (always stated as being factual rather than opinions) and most certainly will include name calling and slanderous accusations along the way. No matter how you try to explain to him what he is doing is wrong and hateful he is not going to change. Most of us here have come to accept his behaviors with a head shake or two. Don't worry as agua77 will be back next week saying and spouting the same song and dance. The Lesson here that Agua77 is pushing on everyone is whatever you do make sure that you agree with Agua77 100 percent of the time when you post your "opinions" otherwise you will be called stupid, A-hole, pumper, moron, fool, ignorant, naive , inexperienced, dangerous, devious, coward, brain dead, retard, liberal (not sure why that one came out but it did) and the list goes on and on and on and on. Now with that said….Get a clue. If anything you should be thanking me. I have posted concerns about this ticker and the various red flags and called Marty out on all his numerous pumping attempts. This I know for a fact has saved a few others from walking into his traps and averaging down in order to carry even heavier bags. What have you done here for the collective community? They haven't filed anything in 9 months, which was the Q2 'financials' back then, which looked like it was copy/pasted by a middle school student and also showed no business activity or assets.
The company has missed filings for the past 3 quarters (Q3 '23, Q4/annual '23, and now Q1'24 which was due by yesterday).
The business entity status is 'default' on nvsos, and will get changed to 'revoked' eventually.

I think the message is that despite all the data pointing towards something fishy, despite all the people making claims of a scam, despite all opinions on every possible scenario, Marty's post were only positive and persuasive in nature. There is a difference between commenting "lots of questionable data and practices with this ticker but I am buying just in case it turns out positively ", and incessant comments along the line of "cheap shares, buying all I can, don't wait until this pumps and you get left behind, I expect the big reveal and fireworks really soon'.

One is optimism, even cautious optimism, while the other is blatantly pumping the ticker.

I will say that Some times people just want to start fights and perhaps some times it's best to just let them punch at the air and accuse people of things that are not true . Accusations such as pumping and dumping and pumping for someone else or being a liberal or whatever are not true in my case. I bought shares of EGOC all over the spectrum and still have my shares!! Do you realize how dumb this sounds? This is the stock market which is guided by regulatory practices and oversight agencies. Companies are required and obligated to comply with the rules and regulations that have been implemented. Unfortunately, these companies also get parasites who leech onto them and take advantage, but in this scenario I truly feel that this was designed as a scam coming out of the gates and some here are involved.
