Hotel Wins Brand Recognition for Properties with 225+ Rooms in U.S. and Canada

North/Gaithersburg has received the brand’s 2021 First Quarter CARE Strong Award for U.S. and Canadian hotels with 225-plus rooms. The customer service recognition comes just months following the hotel’s completion of a multi-million dollar renovation.

The CARE Strong Award is based on combined metrics in overall service, problem resolution, feel welcomed and cleanliness of room. The award recognizes the top hotels that achieve the highest Service And Loyalty Tracking (SALT) scores within its respective quarter and region.
