Common Shares at a purchase price of $0.16 in cash per Common Share.
The Offeror mailed the notice of compulsory acquisition on
October 27, 2020, and the Company
intends to mail the notice to dissenting shareholders on
November 27, 2020.
Effective at the close of business November 27, 2020, the common shares will be
delisted from TSX Venture Exchange.
