                            ULTIMATE LEISURE GROUP PLC


Following the issue of 14.8m new shares at 169p per share through the recent
placing, the Company's remuneration committee has now finalised the number and
price of options to be awarded to Mark Jones and Craig Bell.

Mark Jones                   1,200,000                           169p
Craig Bell                     500,000                           169p


These options were granted under a new executive option scheme and are
exercisable at any time between 2 and 10 years from the effective date of grant
which was 28 February 2007, the date that Shareholders approved the necessary
matters associated with the placing at the EGM.


The vesting of the options is subject to performance criteria, further details
of which will be set out in the Company's next Annual Report.
