RESULTS OF ADJOURNED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the company on SENS
on Monday, 29 November 2004. In this announcement it was advised that the
annual general meeting of the company which was originally scheduled for
Thursday, 25 November 2004 at 9:30, as per the 2004 notice of AGM ("the
notice"), had been adjourned in terms of section 192 of the Companies Act, 1973
(Act 61 of 1973), as amended, until Wednesday, 15 December 2004 at 10:00.

Shareholders are now advised that the special resolution as contained in the
notice regarding the adoption of new articles of association for the company
was approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. Accordingly all
resolutions in the notice have now been approved by shareholders.
