Director Dealings 
 
 
TORONTO - February 20, 2009 - Redknee (TSX/AIM: RKN), a leading provider of 
mission-critical software and solutions for communications service providers, 
announces the following director dealings. 
 
 
The Company was informed on February 19, 2009 that, on that date, John Phillips, 
a Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased indirectly through, Klister 
Credit Corp., 148,000 Redknee Common Shares ("Common Shares") at a price of 
C$0.40 per Common Share. Following the share purchases, John Phillips holds, 
directly and indirectly, 1,347,418 Common Shares. 
In addition, the Company was further informed on February 19, 2009 that, on that 
date, Alan Michels, a Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased 35,000 Common 
Shares at a price of C$0.405 per Common Share.  Following the share purchase, 
Alan Michels holds 65,000 Common Shares. 
The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 
59,210,271 Common Shares.
