LSE ANNOUNCEMENT



               ASX APPENDIX 3B


As a result of the passing of Resolutions 5 through 8 at the Company's Annual
General Meeting the Company has issued an appendix 3B for the shareholder
approved Share and Option issues.


The Company has one month to allot the shares approved by shareholders to be
issued to related parties under resolutions 5 & 6. The Company will announce to
the ASX & LSE when the issues have taken place.


The Company has one month to allot the options approved by shareholders to
related parties under resolution 7. The Company will announce to the ASX and LSE 
when these options have been issued.


The Company will issue the options approved by shareholders under resolution 8
immediately after the first five trading days after the release of the 31
December 2006 half yearly financial report. These options will be issued not
later than 10 April 2007.  The Company will announce to the ASX and LSE when the 
options have been issued.
