MKM Group Plc ("MKM" or the "Company") announces that, at the Extraordinary 
General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held today, Resolution 1 to approve the 
disposal by the Company of the entire issued share capital of each of The 
Leapfrog Group Limited and Concepts for Travel Limited (the "Disposal") was 
passed. Completion of the Disposal in all respects ("Completion") is expected to 
take place by 18 November 2009 at which time a further announcement will be 
made. 
 
 
Resolution 2 to cancel the admission of the ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the 
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM was also 
approved at the EGM but remains conditional upon Completion.Subject to 
Completion, the last day of trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM is expected to 
be 20 November 2009 and cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary 
Shares to trading on AIM is expected to take effect at 7.00 am on 23 November 
2009.
