LEWIS CHARLES SOFIA PROPERTY FUND LTD (the "Company") 
 
The  Company  notes  the  recent  press comment in  relation  to  Lewis  Charles 
Securities Limited. 
 
The  Company does not own, and is not owned or controlled by, any entity  within 
the  Lewis Charles Securities Group. The financial performance of Lewis  Charles 
Securities Limited therefore has no impact on the Company. 
 
The  sole  connection between the two companies is that Lewis Charles Securities 
Limited  has  been  acting as external fund manager to  the  Company  since  its 
inception.  As previously announced, termination of the management  contract  is 
scheduled to take effect on 1 October 2009. The board is currently considering a 
range  of  options  for  the management contract from  1  October  2009  and  an 
announcement  is expected to be made in relation to this by mid  September.  The 
Company will seek shareholder approval to change its name in due course.
