Jumpit ASA ('Jumpit' or the 'Company')

Result of EGM

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Jumpit ASA which took place today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 14 December 2007, the Company is to issue a total of 50,000,000
new ordinary shares at a price of NOK 0.05 per share (approximately 0.45p) (the
"Placing Shares") (the "Placing").  The Placing will raise a total of NOK
2,500,000 (approximately �225,000).

The Company is making arrangements for the issue of the Placing Shares and will
apply for admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM.  A further
announcement will be made in due course.

Following completion of the Placing, there will be 100,596,570 ordinary shares
in issue.
