Issue of Equity 
 
 
 
 
Healthcare Enterprise Group plc ("HCEG" or the "Company") announces that it has 
agreed that GBP23,344.99 due to certain creditors of HCEG will be settled by the 
issue and allotment to them of (in aggregate) 87,247 new ordinary shares of 25p 
each ("New Ordinary Shares"). Of the total GBP23,344.99 to be paid, GBP18,744.99 
will be settled by the issue and allotment of New Ordinary Shares at 25p per 
share, and GBP4,600 will be settled by the issue and allotment of New Ordinary 
Shares at 37.5p per share. 
 
 
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company has 
5,803,151 ordinary shares in issue, all of which carry voting rights. This 
figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or change their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the 
Company. 
 
 
Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 17 December 
2009.
