The Company was informed on 19th April 2004 that Eurdite Ltd, a company
beneficially owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, transferred its holding of
7,132,474 ordinary shares in the Company on Monday 19th April 2004 to
Silverslaggan AB, a company beneficially owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar.
Following this, Silverslaggan AB now holds 7,132,474 ordinary shares
(representing 29.09% of the issued ordinary share capital).
