                                Re Directorate

The Company announces that Amanda Staveley ("Ms Staveley", a non executive
director) and David Walton (an executive director) resigned from the board of
directors on 6 February 2000 with immediate effect.

Ms Staveley is also a director of and substantial shareholder in Q.ton Limited
("Q.ton") in which the Company acquired a 49% shareholding in May 2000.
Discussions are currently taking place with a view to the Company disposing of
that stake to Q.ton and/or Ms Staveley.
