BOARD CHANGES


The Board of EuroTelecom Communications Inc., ("EuroTelecom" or "the Company")
announces that David Linell, Finance Director has resigned due to pressures of
his other business interests. The Board of EuroTelecom is well advanced in the
appointment of a new Finance Director. The Group Financial Controller of
EuroTelecom, Stratton Brock ACA, will act as Finance Director until a
permanent appointment has been announced.
