New Contract Win
Clipper announces new European returns contract for ASOS
Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper", "the Group" or "the Company"),
a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions and
e-fulfilment to the retail sector, is pleased to announce that it
has entered into a new contract with ASOS to handle European
returns from Clipper's multi-user site in Poznan, Poland.
Under the contract, which is for an initial three year term, 350
new jobs will be created at the Poznan site, which currently
services the Westwing business. The new ASOS contract will commence
in October 2017.
Steve Parkin, Executive Chairman of Clipper, commented: "This
new contract represents a major achievement in the delivery of our
European expansion strategy. The Group remains focussed on winning
new contracts with both new and existing customers, in both the UK
and Europe, and we hope to update the market with further wins in
the coming weeks."
