Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

Following the issue of 3,682,604 shares of no-par value on 13 July 2007 BKN, the
media and entertainment company specialising in the children's market, confirms
that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises
19,400,170 no-par value ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares").

All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the Ordinary
Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is
therefore 19,400,170.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
