Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"),
a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset
finance industry, announces that on 1 June 2023 it purchased the
following number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company
pursuant to its share buyback programme.
