              Addworth increases stake in Yellowcake Plc to 29.99%

Addworth Plc, the AIM 'active capital' investor, has today announced that
following the purchase of 469,225 shares @ 3.0625p per share on Monday 16th
April 2007, its stake in Yellowcake Plc, the PLUS quoted uranium investment
company, is now up to 17,319,225 shares, representing 29.99% of that company's
equity.

Grease River Project licences on the northern limits of the Athabasca Basin.
