ADDleisure Plc ('ADDleisure' or 'the Company') 
General Meeting Statement & Change of Name 
 
 
ADDleisure Plc, the AIM traded company formed to develop products and services 
in the health and wellness sector, held its General Meeting today, and all 
resolutions were duly passed. 
 
 
Further to the meeting, in order to reflect its change in focus, the Company's 
name has changed to Fitbug Holdings plc (new TIDM code: FITB; and new ISIN: 
GB00B57JBH88). Certificated shareholders will be issued with new share 
certificates which will be despatched by 31 December 2009. Furthermore, approval 
was gained for the capital reorganisation and capital cancellation, the 
allotment of the 12,000,000 Placing Shares and the 5,000,000 Loan Capitalisation 
Shares, the granting of further allotment authorities and the removal of the 
statement of the authorised share capital of the Company as contained in the 
articles of association. 
Fitbug Director Paul Landau said, "2010 promises to be an exciting year for us. 
We begin it with a strong balance sheet, a highly enthusiastic team and a unique 
product, Fitbug, which offers online personal health and well-being services. 
Fitbug already has an enviable client/partnership list including blue-chip names 
such as PruHealth and Bupa, which, in tandem with our strong pipeline of new 
business opportunities both in the UK and internationally, should deliver a 
solid financial performance. In particular, we are looking forward to working 
with Nectar, which is launching a white-label version of Fitbug to its 
membership base in January 2010." 
Admission of the Placing Shares and Loan Capitalisation Shares is expected to 
take place on 22 December 2009.
