    Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited ("ACMH")

    Company Update


    ACMH is aware of reports that a lawsuit naming it and certain of its former executives has been filed in Colorado, USA by an investor in
several of ACMH's investment funds. ACMH has not been served with the claim.
    
    Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
    
    As previously announced, ACMH has instructed Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers to carry out a review of the
dealings of its investment funds under the management of its former Chief Investment Officer, Florian Homm, focusing in particular on the
funds' illiquid investments. This review is expected to be complete by the end of the summer.  ACMH's management continues to be focused on
managing the assets of its investment funds in the interests of investors.
