Excellent poins.

The SEC needs to give these little guys a break and make it cheaper and easier to file. The burden is too great for many of these companies to bear. The SEC says these requirements are to protect investors, but in many cases the requirements result in the shareholders losing everything when the companies determine it is too expensive to comply.

Unfortunately I've seen this movie too many times and definitely will see it many more....

These OTC companies are such a disappointment. These guys had current SEC filings for years, then without warning just decided to stop filing, leaving their shareholders with a worthless stock. Unreal.

ZZLL filed their financials and are back on the OTC.

I emailed management recently. They just changed auditors and should file soon, which will lead to relisting. They also said there would be a new focus on shareholder communications in the future. So hopefully we will start seeing regular press releases soon.

No clue. Very odd considering their reporting has been stellar though their pr skills are awful. Guess they just don't want public company. Jeez

Hey GR, any idea what is going on here with ZZLL? They allowed themselves to be delisted by not filing their financials by the end of the grace period. These guys have been fully reporting for years and have never had a problem. They have plenty of cash in the bank, so the cost of filing can't be the issue.

GR, no doubt. $78 million in profitable revenue and an $8 million market cap?

I keep thinking that a Chinese business or investor will buy them out. There are a couple of really large shareholders. I am surprised neither has tried to take them private. There is no reason for them to be a public company if they are never going to issue press releases or even update their website.

Probably the same contact info. They are not responding recently. They don't seem to understand "public" company. They are due for 8k about material event!

Gregoty, do you remember how you contacted these guys? I have sent several emails to the address listed on OTCmarkets and have yet to get a response.

Any idea what is up with ZZLL? They are significantly late on their 1st quarter SEC Filing. They have plenty of cash in the bank, so it can’t be due to an inability to pay their accountants, as is often the case with OTC companies. I emailed them twice, but got no response.

I made contact in past but not recently. This company desperately needs pr help.

ZZLL is profitable with cash in the bank, management who doesn't dilute the stock and nearly $80 million in internally generated revenue last year. I will be really interested to see what the 1st quarter revs show. Hopefully they can continue to rapidly grow. Eventually someone will notice and want to buy them on the cheap.

$2 a share would be a multiple of 1/2 of sales.

Do you know how to contact management? I sent an email a few months back and never got a response.

More earnings due next week from ZZLL. These guys are crushing it. Would be nice if they would issue the occasional PR. I think we may need a buyout for this stock to hit a reasonable valuation.

I can't believe ZZLL is not trading at $1 or more. They have grown a business from nothing to $78 million in revenues in two years. They are profitable, have roughly .10 a share in cash and only 20 million shares outstanding. The float is only 2 million shares. If they ever start issuing press releases on a regular basis, this thing should skyrocket. The market cap is only $6 million. Just to get to 1 times sales it would have to trade at nearly $4.

You have to think eventually someone will buy them out.

Big earnings release out of ZZLL. I wish they would issue a press release to go along with it to inform shareholders of what is going on. 1600%+ revenue increase along with profitability is pretty impressive.

Earnings are out for ZZLL. Revenues up 1640% to almost $79 million! Went from a loss to a $171,000 operating profit. They have almost .10 a share in cash.

Earnings due soon for ZZLL. The stock often spikes on earnings reports.

Gregoty, You seem to have been on the ZZLL thread for a long time. $100+ million in annual revs, low float and tiny market cap. This stock seems grossly undervalued. From your previous posts you seem to have been expecting a major catalyst over the last year. Are you still in this stock? Still expecting another big run?

If these guys would just issue the occasional press release and keep shareholders informed, the stock might start to move to a more reasonable valuation.

If someone buys them out, we could really see a move.

A one times sales valuation would be a 12X from here. Even half of that would get us in the mid $2's.

Am I missing something? Any long term holders on here with an opinion on the company?

Nothing new that YOU know of yet.

They have very big revenue and assets. Nothing new however that would get the market excited.

Doing what I thought it might do but keeping an eye on it. They have an active website but nothing more than that to suggest they are still in business! No PRs even on their website!!
