Any time a company gets money by giving shares at a 50 % discount to the current PPS value it is considered toxic financing.

The company should have obtained funding that does not dilute shareholders equity. It implies the company isn't making enough revenue money to do so.

That is probably why the company allowed the ticker to be delisted to the OTC to obtain convertible debenture funds from a discount funder.

IMO, that is not good.

I appreciate them too. It truly seems like it's time for a reversal, given the significant news. Oil is taking a turn as well so a few dollars go a long way for zaza's reserves. They're definitely still in the game!

Yes but they have the rights, they have completed news wells recently. There is another private company that is drilling on our land in LA we just signed the papers 3 months ago and they are moving in. Mertz Energy. They are smaller than ZAZA but they are pushing forward.

I believe they lease those acres, not exactly sure.

Zaza not going anywhere. They own lots of acreage leases for drilling.

I haven't added in what seems like a pretty long time. my avg is nearer $2 at the moment, which isn't great. no one likes to see lingering REDs on the balance sheet. most pro's would have cut losses while ago and moved on to a better stock. imo

this is one of over 25 positions in my current holdings and to be honest have pretty much ignored the position for many months now.

have been doing well on others and perhaps I'll take some of those profits & double down ZAZA in May/June if we stay down here. If I miss cheapies, so be it. I'll definitely do more DD before I do anything.


* I haven't liked the fact that ZAZA has not been tracking the recovery in oil price. legitimacy goes out the window a little on that fact. time will be the judge.

** All we need is one good pump and we could pop $1. Short position continues to slowly go down... so don't see the squeeze we witnessed around the turn of the year.

Yes, holding bought 10,000 more. Aug. / Sept. At least triple. There key wells are drilled and pumping. They are in right spot for future explosion/expansion.
