Suburban Minerals Announces the Signing of a Letter of Intent to
Acquire a Producing Diamond Mine
HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2014) - Suburban Minerals
Corp. (OTC Pink: SUBB) announced today the signing of a letter of
intent to acquire a producing Diamond Mine in the Central African
Republic.
According to the letter of intent, the diamond mine will be
acquired with the issuance of restricted company stock as well as
carry a royalty component. The company expects to sign a
definitive agreement by or before January 30, 2014. The
signing of this LOI is a key milestone in changing the company's
business from prospecting to producing and creating sustainable
value for shareholders.
