If there are no revenues on it, then Vince's word means absolutely nothing and he cannot be trusted with anything he says anymore.
He said sales was strong in January in a Tweet.

Vince is nothing more than a figurehead around here. The real problems are the ones running this company from behind the scenes, they seem pretty clueless when it comes to running a pubic company since they do everything opposite of what a public company is supposed to do. They should of just went private. I would say a lot of investors here are only hanging around because the SS is still intact. It's sure not from what they've accomplished in 5 yrs.

I can certainly relate to your frustration.
Vince has made many statements that have not come to fruition.
At least there is a 1 Million share Bid at .045.
Let's see how long that remains before someone else dumps on it.

guys, i reread the reports the other night, it looks like the ralstons invested initially and were added to the investor 5 percent list, sure not looking good for insiders at this point, vince told me himself that we are selling rights to this software/app..... if we dont show any sales this quarter, im out.... i can only take so much lying, considering the world right now, we all know lying is the new trend, IM BEING CONSERVATIVE WITH THAT STATEMENT, THE WHOLE DAMN SYSTEM IS RIGGED AGAINST THE SMALL GUY......

Well, it looks like the Ralston's and the rest of the insiders hold a lot of worthless paper at this point. Maybe at some point they'll realize they're a publicly traded company and start to relay information to their shareholder's on where the company stands today. But I guess you've had to done something to be able to do that.
The Ralston's have to feel pretty good about all the paper they hold here with Pennexx.

Some would think that Vince has a problem with telling the truth with shareholders. Pretty sad he's the guy in the leadership role around here. It's time for the money around here to wake up and figure out he's not the right guy for the position obviously.

I have talked to the “cyber” people last year some time, the guy I talked to told me that he worked for the NSA, which told me they are the real deal, I was under the assumption that we had a security issue with the App, I’m also assuming that this is the hold up, Vince told me they were going back and forth with this issue, with the Apple people, he actually mentioned 21 times it has been back and forth trying to mitigate the issue….. not sure where we are as of yet, it’s just getting tiresome waiting with no information. Hold and hope I guess?! Not a good strategy, Smdh

It's just that easy when you have real IT people involved, unfortunately we don't employ them around here, thus we continue to wait.

Good to have other companies under their belt @ the QB & QX level, experience helps to get the job done. The QB will equal more transparency and a little more company worth.

My guess is that they have filed for the QB uplist but have run into issues with the original owner's of the shell somewhere along the line, and until that issue is cleared up the QB uplist will be delayed. The earlier days with Pinnacle to Pennexx Foods and Homel and WH holding's are a little murky, and I would guess part of the issue with uplist.

It has been 2 years since they said they were initiating the process to uplist.
My inquiries as to what happened to this process have gone unanswered.
They have obviously hit a snag and don't want to divulge the problem. My guess is they have given up and just don't want to admit the failure.

Still looking good for SS that’s why I stayed for so long plus the fact he never pumped. Most stocks on OTC would have been pumped multiple times in 3 years. GLTA maybe this year is the start of good things

I wish I had more faith in Vincent's words... Time will tell.

Unfortunately I believe we will be sitting in the dark until May. The 10K annual report will be out end of March / beginning of April. Not expecting much in that report.
Vince said revenue was coming in now with the new business model. We should see revenue in Q1 ER to be released in mid May.

At least this is my expectation.
All we can do is speculate since company is not communicating with shareholders.

Looks like the transparency here, has faded into darkness.

46er, that's giving them to much credit. The problem here starts at the top and trickles down from there. Hopefully down the road they'll drop something of worth into the shell to allow everyone here to hit the exits.
