LVCA up 150%. was up over 1000% traded as high as 0.0205. Not sure what is going on but there seems to be something cooking.

Thanks. I am not sure OTC Markets gets an automated feed on SoS changes like they do from FINRA and SEC...<ight take a while for the change to show up - if it ever does.

OTC Markets might not do any manual updates to expert market tickers. I know I would not pay anyone to do that if I were running OTC Markets.

How long ago were they filed? There is usually some delay expected before OTC Markets would pick them up.

Why aren’t the SEC filings for this stock showing up on OTC markets? Nothing is updated, still shows LVCA as domiciled in NV.

They will file and get it trading again. No point in doing a name change otherwise.

Name change is basically the same name (Lake Victoria -> Victoria Lake) and symbol appears to remain the same. Change in domicile to Oklahoma.

Yep not with my brokerage atleast. I already owned some that was basically worthless. May still be. But we will see what happens I guess.. had already stopped caring about it

A lot of these dormant shells will have to make up their minds in the first half of 2022. It seems ridiculous for them to hold onto a shell that can’t be traded.
