I heard someone mention these guys may have a potential buyer for the company. Anyone talk to the CEO or anyone associated with this one.

This could be a 1.00 or more stock if so.

Lots of activity and interest in the OTC for Low Share Count Companies.

I may have to put in some bids to dip my toes in. Early bird catches the worm. Keeping an eye on volume.

This one is overdue for some type of action like a merger or else. One of the 5 best shells out there that I know. Just a matter of time here IMO.

The Company is currently dormant and is looking for new opportunities.
In light of how long this "Dormant" state has been going on, I'd like to see a more substantial business plan. Something a lot less vague. How are they looking? where are they looking? What, if anything, has been accomplished? Lists of Parties contacted or approached?

Better shells find better reverse mergers usually which is kinda logical. And they move better with such a SS.

The issue never was how good the shell is; the issue is what is being done to find a candidate.

Well obviously as a shell they are looking for a reverse merger play. A private company merging into this public shell. Watch out if they ever get a candidate. It‘s one of the very best shells in the entire market and it would absolutely explode.

Per Annual Report:The Company uses the home office of an officer. This officer charges the Company $6,000 per annum during fiscal years 2020 and 2019 for the use of his home office and for providing accounting and other services.According to the Annual Report, the Company is dormant; minimal assets which are shrinking.....But looking for opportunities. Looking where?

LOL. I understand. This is one that seems to get pumped or promo'd at least once a year on average.

I really don't care about ITDN, one way or the other. I only post to irritate a pumper; although everything I posted is accurate.

Yep. Happens every now and then. I usually buy it below 0.015, sit on it for months and sell when it pops. Rinse and repeat.

3 year ITDN chart. Note the two huge spikes. That was when it was pumped with misleading information.

ITDN WAKE UP the CEO CRAZYY RICH...I think this was meant to read, "WAKE UP the CRAZYY, RICH CEO." Obviously, he has been sleeping...'cause he ain't done nuthin so far.
