Insiders can’t buy if there is material news on the way. So maybe a sign there is news coming.

I think insiders would be buying if anything significant was happening here, and it would be up around a buck by now. IMO..

The notes been amended a couple times already, with HWKE loaning another $500k.

On March 29, 2023, Steve Hall provided the Company with a loan in the principal amount of $1,000,000, as evidenced by a promissory note with an annual interest rate of 12% per year (the “Steve Hall Note”). The purpose of the Steve Hall Note was to provide the Company with a funding source to make a follow-on investment in CNTNR USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CNTNR”). On May 31, 2023 (or upon the closing of a debt financing), the Company will repay the outstanding principal balance of the Steve Hall Note to Steve Hall and transfer to him 90% of the shares of CNTNR, issued by CNTNR to the Company pursuant to the Company’s investment in CNTNR, plus 90% of the CNTNR Warrants as described below in Note 9 - Note Receivable.

If CNTNR merges here, this would be something killer. They show 11-50 employees via LinkedIn, and were hiring for some kind of production manager position out of Mexico recently.

Took a nibble today for a couple hundred shares and it went through as a sell..

That’s a big IF, and those are very lofty sp numbers, but agree it can move to dollars very quickly

In regards to the recent SEC filings, I am sure an acquisition or merger has taken place because Mulgrews shares were mostly dependent on an acquisition/merger taking place. It seems they have compensated him for quite a bit recently in shares, sure we will be hearing something soon.

If they followed up after RS it would have been different but youre correct. No communication from them since last deal fell off the table. But they barely dilute here and seem to have something going on with Hall.

It looked like controlled volume yesterday, just trying to bring the pps back up or cause a stir. If there’s no volume today, that’s probably the case.

The SP went right back to where it was after the split, so we just ended up with the same pps and 1/10 of the shares we once had. The only positive is how fast it can move now, but I'd certainly rather have 10 times more shares that I'm left with now.

I believe it was the tickers first RS and it was a 10 for 1, I didnt really have a problem. Lack of communication on the other hand, huge problem but most traders give these tickers so much leeway in that department. I could go on and on but whatever, I think HWKE might finally have something brewin and Im watchin with my shares.

That r/s he did over a year ago really hurt..

Hopefully it’s something, and not a fake move. This thing is so thin it could fly to dollars instantly…

Wonder if we see a new merge here. Hall pretty much owns the entire OS and HWKE has some good paying deals worked out with CNTNR.

Yup, I’ll hang onto the 1/10th of the shares I have left after the split, sucks.

Just noticed that they also reverse split the A/S.(only 40,000,000).
only 935,533 public float. Hold on to your shares. I can feel a merger announcement coming since most of the shares are restricted until a merger happens.

Got into this at a nickel, and then it dropped to where
it is now, pre-split 014.,, so I've got a ways to go to just
break even.

It is in their best interest to get a merger going.

The 500,000 shares issued to Mr. Cutler are restricted until an acquisition or reverse takeover of the Company.
Shares issued to Mr. Mulgrew, consist of 500,000 options to purchase shares, and 250,000 restricted until an
acquisition or reverse takeover of the Company.

This might not be your typical reverse split. The o/s was tiny already. They mentioned that they would do a reverse split only after the merger.

Might just actually put a deal out this time, 1 large debt holder has most of the OS. Terms for prior merger was when the RS was approved but that deal washed.
