You missed nothing except the simple fact: All information there was published already in previous forms. This is all quite outated. Maybe it is a mistake or maybe it is purposeful to mislead. Who knows. We will have to wait for more up to date info to say with more certainty. In OTC world things are usually not what they appear to be.
