I'm ready for any contingency. If they dropped this stock to hit their strike price, Id imagine they will be running this high enough to sell all the shares they plan on selling, either now or in the future. Regardless, if they RS now, that hurts their options and warrants like the rest of us. Id imagine they want the biggest bang for their buck, whether now or later. Ultimately, just have to wait and see what transpires.

I get it. I have a much longer history than you and i really have little patience for the market potential ,market size bull that allways come with these type of investment. The concpt is great but ya never know. You must be realistic about where this is going. a buck will not happen

Where they want to sell it? 3 billion shares. The bid is 100 bucks worth. Who the uck dilutes to 3 billion share unless the RS is just a starting short price. 3 billion

It's been exercisable. Juts needs EFFECT via sec(s-1). Of course..there's no where to go unless room for shares. They are options with those two cats..and Orin as warrants @ same/near strike I believe.

I think something else to note is the drop in the pps. Interesting the options or warrants the CEO gets when the stock dropped under .0038. Now it's exercisable, correct?

I'm saying that raising the authorized via FINRA is not needed. It's a choice.

First, the authorized share count was already raised in their jurisdiction(Delaware). All they really need to do is consolidate via FINRA process. If they decide on waiting(consolidation)..then they can raise the authorized via FINRA process.

The S-1 won't become in EFFECT for a few more Months..maybe less/maybe more. They can delay as well through amendments. Given what they need in free trading shares in order to uplist, and the danger of having too few shares...this one will get interesting.

I simply look at the current outstanding as being over 3 Billion fully diluted..and take the consolidation from there. They will need to raise additional capital after such...so that needs to be added to the equation.

A few other things gotta happen first...

1. Bump the A/S to 3+ Billion
2. Sell those 2.3B additional S-1 shares into the O/S
3. Then R/S the whole shebang.
