Moody cleaned up and sold the shell. He did his job. During that period, the stock went from .0001 to 7 cents about. So, a LOT of people got rich on that run. Can't blame people for jumping on a rising stock due to a custodianship that eventually had a reverse merger. It's what happened after the sale of the shell that should come into question. That I agree with.

A Paul Moody originated shell scam, sold to and operated by a Japanese hoax who runs ten+ companies, only one of which makes money--his own private White Knight group. DRFS did a 200-1 reverse split last year. Pumps via tweets. Claimed to have patents for his Foie Gras.

The Japanese 'CEO' also runs WBBA, another gigantic P&D, now hovering at 0.0003.

MAMA acquisition going on for almost two years. (He owns MAMA.--of course he does.)The 'audit' is run by a small American company, another classic P&D OTC ploy.

One big Giant scam. And Moody was there, right at the start.

Since Sep 1st, we have been selling so many Foie Gras and Caviar in Japan. I think we will sell 3000KG for just this restaurant group for one year. Japan imported about 100T foie gras in 2021. Thus, we are getting more than 3% of the shares in Japan foie gras market.

Yes. I agree. Koichi said he wanted DRFS to go to NASDAQ. If I remember the tweet correctly he said "I can't fix it this one time". To me, that meant a second RS was eventually going to happen.

Fortunately, peeps are not responding to many Cos post split. It don’t like it used to be. Peeps realize if they do it once then you count on them doing it again.

The real question is; "what does the price (PPS) have to be for the people to "BREAK EVEN" that bought into DRFS when KIOSHI pumped it upto .07? THE ANSWER IS $14.00 PPS and it will NEVER get to that ($14.00 PPS), even if it did goto nasdaq (WHICH IT WON'T). They destroyed shareholders! Just look at their other scam companies Next Meat and Whataburger LOL... DRFS will never appreciate LONG-TERM to compete with BEYOND MEAT. Just buy Beyond meat if you believe in this industry. The play & money to be made here was the transition with Denunzio, when it was AWGI @ .0003 and to SELL when it ran to .07 as DRFS, when the AWGI buyers did.
