Shelby and another person started their own business back up in Michigan where they started, so no longer on the Mgt Team , plus others have changed. Sold the one development just done, Ft. Myers starting up on construction. Others out there, so one never knows.

However until this goes live again in Nevada SOS where it was domiciled, it will be dormant. It is a shell now, perhaps someone will pick it up .

Unfortunately it is not under DEVM at this point and until (if ever) they again state the PATH of where that is headed, it will be up in the air.

I do not see NV SOS updated at this point and that is also unfortunate. So for the time being it is in default with NV SOS , unless updated by Devmar . I have sent messages, Mark D has really not as much as I liked and respect his career , stepped up to being a CEO as far as OTC Markets is concerned or for the shareholders that got into this .

I see from the Devmar Website that Shelby , Morgan and a few others are gone from the Mgt Team , so downsized, but still in Florida. Shelby and Morgan went on to make their own company back up North .

The real key is what is Mark D and Teams plan on DEVM , they changed all the offices information to Florida on OTC Markets and so forth , so we know there (was) is a plan to establish there in Florida under (at that time) a Public Entity .

I sent a note to Mark Demaria (lets see) and Devin Bone their attorney at PA LAW saying it now shows in Default. A Real Shame and after Three plus years of communicating with Mark D , thought at least he would forefront in communicating with all in any format.
Also , although the completed THE METRO and RAINDANCE , plus now have THEY SKY project approved, looks like Three people are off the Mgt Leadership from their website.

Well Mark after communicating now for about three years during the Devmar Equities transition and through the Covid changes, it is part of life one would say that the for the shareholders in DEVMAR EQUITIES, they have lost the value of what once was very promising when you and your team took over the Shell back then .
The DEVMAR Equities is now a Shell again in OTC Markets and as of July 1, 2023 it is now in DEFAULT with the Nevada SOS since the filing deadlines were missed just on the Annual List Reporting. It appears the others side of Devmar Development continues to make gains in Florida.

Really the past , if you look at some my older posts incorporated an entire structure of the proposed EDGE (no longer) which was going to be the Hotel and the Ft. Myers project. The disclosures at that time had an entire breakdown of who , how it was split up on ownership and many other details.
Covid took care of all that and everything changed.

Nevada SOS is still Active , so will continue to wait, hopefully there is a plan in the future, however there are still multiple projects coming on line. Lets see.

Well, DEVM Devmar Equities continues to stay active and current in NV SOS , if they falter there, then we will see. As long as they are active they can do anything they want. One option is they have some very unique projects coming up and that many be the plan here, time will tell.

Thanks for sharing that . Mark used to respond to me, but has dropped off for whatever reason, perhaps something will or is going on . Then I had the Attorney Devin Bone send me a note that they are aware of the status and it is being reviewed.

So with that , I also will hold until what ever happens. They could have resold the Shell, or just let it drop off . I do know that in April they have to update NVSOS and that will be critical at that point.

I asked Mark about filings and just trying to become current again...This was his response...at least he is still alive.
I hope you understand, I am not at liberty to give you any information whatsoever on any future outlook on DEVM. You are putting the OTC co at serious risk anytime you contact me. I will have my counsel representing DEVM issue you a statement regarding insider information, and I am way out of my bounds on even responding to you as I am.

What’s the point in owning a shell to do nothing with it? If they can’t get through the red tape to bring Devmar Development public and lose she’ll status, then sell it to someone else. It’s only been 5 years, make something happen. Best of luck to anyone holding this. I’ll die before selling my shares and take them to the grave. Is what it is just wish there was more IS instead of if’s.

SAINT PETERSBURG, FL—Capstone has closed the $28,200,000 sale of The Metro: a 7-story, all studio furnished apartment community in St. Petersburg, Florida. The property’s $655 price per square foot set a multi-family sales record for Pinellas County.

Capstone’s Jad Richa and Cameron Hooper sold The Metro on behalf of DevMar Development and procured the buyer, a private investor out of the state of California.

“DevMar continues their Florida success story with the completion of The Metro. Our team was excited we could deliver the sale with a record setting PPSF, which showcases the quality and creativity the DevMar team takes in delivering on their mission of redefining urban living.” said Cameron Hooper, Capstone Senior Advisor.

The buyer is contracting with Mint House, a short-term rental firm, to operate the property. The Metro’s location within the Saint Pete Edge district makes it a perfect candidate for the proposed operational strategy.

According to Capstone managing director, Jad Richa: “This is a perfect illustration of the continued demand for multifamily investment assets across the Gulf Coast of Florida. Notwithstanding the current market dynamics, we were excited to successfully execute what I considered to be a significant premium to the current market.”

The Capstone team is currently partnered with DevMar on two additional developments in Fort Myers and St. Petersburg, for which Capstone is fulfilling the debt and equity capital requirements.
