I noticed they filed with the SEC last year in November for the quarterly report ending Sept. 30th. It would be nice if they reported this year and brought stockholders up to date. The way China is growing it doesn't make much sense that this company would be negatively effected. Anyone heard anything relating to this company?

I am answering my own question. Therefor, I will hold my position in this stock until management sees it fit to report to shareholders. I feel it is worth the risk at these levels.

None. They are not required to report but most do after they have the intention of upgrading to BB status.

What are pink sheet reporting requirements?

Maybe the pinks are just easier. You don't need to worry about paying all of theose accountants.

The public float is only worth $280,000 here. If the intent was to pull a permanent disappearing act, there would likely have been a bit more dumping. That being said, I have not been in touch with anyone at the company.

Hi, its hard to believe that this company who had the shopping centers that were all producing well just all of a sudden went down the tubes! Last I heard they were looking to buy more centers. We definitely need someone from this company to tell us what is going on.

Inconsequential. Its because its a Yahoo Finance script and the symbol has changed to cgdi.pk and its connected to cgdi.ob.

Seriously though, this is a horrible situation. Ive held on to half my shares but this has to be my lowest confidence stock at this point.

Could is the big word....legit companies would have filed by now...yes I hold a small position...but who knows if/when this may be halted.....

This company could be the buy of the century! It doesn't make sense that the company could have a bad quarter unless the accounting is all wrong. Forget whose selling what. The book value of this company was presented to be about 4 times what the stock is selling for. Either it is accounting or big competition for their centers. Shopping centers should be one of the true growth areas of China. It will be interesting when they finally release the figures. can't believe the lack of stockholder communication.

From the I-Box, note that 90% of the shares are held by insiders and under the initial reverse merger they can't be sold until MaY 2010. Note, it's already May 2010. I suspect that they are in the process of selling off the whole company. Any comments?

Hi, thank you for the reply. In answer to your question: Yes, I am from St. Louis, MO. I am a Cardinal fan but have doubts about them going all the way. I feel that CGDI is a real value down at these prices. They definitely need better PR. I will continue bugging them about better stockholder relations.

I just spoke with her...she is going to inquire with Samuel, COO, again. She asked me to call back tomorrow. Leslie is just a representative for the company and cannot add much detail. I believe they released their 10Q and 10K sometime in the last week of May last year, so this obviously is not their first time with delayed filings. But I would encourage shareholders to continue to apply pressure. Maybe they will get the hint that they need a competent IR department and PR firm. Otherwise shareholders and prospective buyers are simply left wondering.

Either way, the company appears undervalued and china microcaps appear to be bottoming out since their recent highs in the 4th quarter of '09.

I spoke with a large investor of CGDI who explained to me the inns and outs. I believe his name was Mark/Mike. Gary Rohland would have his contact information.

I was able to contact someone at the City of Industry, CA location # Phone: 626-581-9098. I was transferred a couple of times before speaking with Leslie. She couldn't really answer my questions, but said she would inquire with someone regarding the upcoming filing and its delay. She asked me to call back next week. I cannot elaborate with regard to their email being down. The stock quotes are not being updated on their website because the ticker has not been updated. CGDI.OB is no longer a valid symbol.

I got out of CGDI this morning. I sold 1/2 my shares at .30 and the other 1/2 at .34. I like the company prospects, but the shift to the pink sheets and the non-reporting scared me away.

But, never fear though....often my logical moves backfire and my recently sold stocks rocket northward immediately after my sell! Case in point....CGDI is now trading at .39. Ha! I did it again!

At .30 this might be a great buy. I'm going to call IR and see if I can find out more information.

They may be in violation of the 3 strike rule as well as being delinquent...it's ok to file an NT-10 but you cant file the extension late.... some companies think since they are late already it doesnt matter....

I can't figure this one out.....It almost appears that CGDI had an earlier drop-dead date than the other companies with an "e" attached. CGDI had a very bad day on Friday and a very good day yesterday. Go figure.
