**NEWS** Biome Grow announces strategic updates amid cannabis market uncertainty

https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/914589/biome-grow-announces-strategic-updates-amid-cannabis-market-uncertainty-914589.html

Hate to see a craft grower struggle like this. It appears the Highland Grow facility will stay in operation. I'll keep it on my watchlist, but for now I'm out.

Biome's Highland Products now available at The Pot Shack, Wiid Boutique, and Prairie Records in SK. They've been going in and out of stock so they must be selling out and reordering. Both pre-rolls and whole flower are currently in stock with high THC% in the mid 20s. Financials due this month :)

Highland Gaelic Fire Video Review.

Not sure if this flower is in-house or curated. Either way it's high THC fire. I've only seen it in NS so far.

Nice to know other people are buying Biome besides me :) The CEO of Biome said that the Atlantic Province customers support Atlantic growers. Not surprised that they are #1 in Nova Scotia with the reviews they are getting on Reddit and Twitter. They have a new strain out now called Highland Gaelic Fire with with 26% THC.

This company is so lightly traded that when it finally gets noticed it shouldn't be too bottom heavy to take off on good news. At least that's what I'm hoping. Expecting a nice revenue increase on the next quarterly, which should be soon. I've been loading up at these levels on all my favorites. Appreciate the update on sales. Stop by any time. It's lonely in here for now :) gl

Hello BlueGreenPower, nice to meet you and glad to hear Highland products are selling well in Sask. I am in Nova Scotia and just noticed as of today that Highland is the #1 supplier to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corp in terms of the number of products available. According to inventory on NSLC website, many strains are frequently sold out across the province. I only have 4000 shares in BIOME but belive their local focus will be a winner!

Highland Eastern Dank is now the #1 selling pre-roll at Wiid Boutique in SK. Highland White Lightening pre-rolls are sold out. Hopefully this is happening at all the stores Highland is available :)

Biome's Highland Brand still fighting it out with the big boys for market share in SK. Currently Highland is the #2 most popular pre-roll at Wiid Boutique in Regina. Ahead of Tweed, Canna Farms, and Vertical. At The Pot Shack Highland has the #2 most popular whole flower. Ahead of Cove, Aurora, and Spinach. Pretty rarefied air for a cannabis company just getting started. Like:)

Highland has two producta in the Top 15 most popular flowers at Wiid Boutique in Regina SK. Sensi Wizard, and All Kush. Highland also has two pre-rolls in the Top 20. Eastern Dank and White Lightening. Starting to see Highland products everywhere in SK. Not bad for a small cap in Nova Scotia :)

Biome is quietly building their Highland Brand without a lot of bells and whistles. With average volume under 100K most cannabis investors don't even know they exist.

Fortunately I do because I watch the best sellers at the retail stores and invest accordingly. Now that we have gotten through the capacity craze that bigger is better, we can move on to better is better phase.

Now its like when cigarette branding was in its infancy, and the smaller cigarette makers were fighting for market share. The ones that grew better more flavorful tobacco became the winners over time.

It really doesn't matter how much you produce if it doesn't sell. That's why I only invest in best selling craft growers that care about quality like Biome Grow, and just a few others. Believe they will be amongst the winners at the finish line. imho glta

Highland Cherry Burst Flower now available at The Pot Shack. Highland White Lightening still in the Top 5 most popular products for the second straight week. Higher THC at a better price than the competition will do that for you :)

Four Highland products in the Top 30 on The Pot Shack website, when sorted by popularity. White Lightening flower #6. Biome brands outperforming some big boys in popularity. Happily Surprised :)

Highland White Lightening #4 highest rated pre-roll on Cannabis NB. Highland Eastern Dank #5 highest rated, with a eye popping 21-25% THC range. Sell Sell Sell... Like:)

Biome has nine Hghland branded products listed as coming soon on Cannabis NL's website. A mixture of whole flower and pre-rolls. Looks like that big supply agreement with Cannabis NL is about to get started in earnest. Also Highland White Lighten flower is now in the top 4 by popularity at the Pot Shack in SK. Biome building a nationwide footprint. Like :)

Biome has 5 of the Top 12 highest priced flowers on the New Brunswick Cannabis website. Four of the five top out over 20% THC!!! Cannabis NB has 20 stores to supply plus the website. Biome now has supply agreements with all the Atlantic Provinces. The share price may not reflect it, but Biome is producing premium cannabis, and getting top dollar for it. Liking what I see :) always imho glta.

Biome has the right idea purchasing wholesale from other LP's with overcapacity to supplement their own while they expand. Starting to see Biome's Highland brand in multiple province stores and private retailers with premium price points.

With the new production and packaging system now in place they should be able to supply provinces faster than ever. The big box cannabis growers with years to profitability are currently dragging down the premium craft growers like Biome with profits in sight.

Hoping once these craft producers go cash flow positive in 2020 sentiment will change. imho glta

BlueGreenPower BlueGreenPower 4 years ago
Surprised Biome hasn't been acquired for the supply agreements alone. Maybe when sentiment changes and money starts flowing back into the sector acquisitions will start up. In the meantime Biome seems to be growing revenues nicely. The SP seems too low for the float size, especially with the increasing cash flow. imho glta

With the brutally cold weather in Newfoundland & Nova Scotia this winter Biome Grow may need to rethink its construction plans. Might be easier to rapidly construct large steel shells during the summer to house prefab grow pods made indoors. Then stack them like legos inside the shells. Delta 9 Cannabis is doing it and making record revenues. Cheaper & Faster. Always IMHO GLTA

Biome Grow is currently flying under the radar, but not for much longer. Company should have PR's coming up on their 5 new dispensaries being under construction, along with two new expansions of existing facilities. The CEO has also hinted at a big CBD deal coming from the international market. With the new Mega supply deal with CBD Acres, they will have plenty of high margin product to sell. Price has been fluctuating some toward the downside, because this company doesn't pump fake news. Expect there will be plenty of real news in the near future. GLTA

Like the local grow approach Biome is taking to expansion. Builds local brand loyalty. Good news they are already delivering cannabis to NL. Like the new agreement with CBD Acres for bulk hemp product. Looking forward to construction updates on the two other facilities in progress. Company should look into micro grows in smaller communities for quicker construction at lower costs. Just use vertical grow rooms for max production. Spread their footprint as fast as possible. GLTA

Biome Grow receives new consumer sales amendment from Health Canada for its Nova Scotia brand, Highland Grow
DECEMBER 17, 2018

Toronto, Ontario (December 17th, 2018) – Biome Grow Inc. (“Biome” or the “Company”) (CSE: BIO) (Frankfurt: 6OTA) (OTC: ORTFF) is pleased to announce its Nova Scotia-based subsidiary, Highland Grow Inc.(“Highland Grow”), has received its sales authorization via an amendment to its existing license from Health Canada under the Cannabis Act. Finished product grown and packaged specifically for our customers in Nova Scotia is ready to be delivered. Highland Grow looks forward to completing the final distribution steps with the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (“NSLC”) to get this product into the hands of its local customers as soon as possible.

“The Highland Grow team has been working hard to achieve this important milestone. The company is looking forward to doing its part to eliminate the current supply shortage in our home province,” added Frank MacMaster, President of Highland Grow.

Updated Report on Biome Grow.

(client, see report disclaimer)

*Gains 25% With Major Win Under Health Canada Act.
*Upgraded License From Health Canada Completes Transition to Commercial Cannabis Enterprise.
*$100 Million Newfoundland Labrador Agreement.
*Five Milestones Ahead in 2019.

Milestones, milestones, milestones. With early-stage Canadian Cannabis companies which have large growth ambitions, share prices typically advance on the news of license awards, building completions, property acquisitions, commencement of sales and a variety of other news related items. These show that the start-ups are moving ahead in their stated gameplan.

With that said, Biome Grow ranks as the Top Company small cap company we follow, for potential milestones achievements for 2019. It should be a news-packed year ahead.

Our belief is that it is wise for investors to add to their holdings as each milestone is announced, as it tempers the risk of the rather obvious – which that a milestone may be delayed, or simply not achieved at all. This entails ‘buying-up’ as investors are doing today in Biome Grow, with the share price advancing 25% today in Canadian trading (with the Dow down 500points). This is smart investing (vs. buying down) in our opinion.

Biome announced a major milestone today which will allow its Highland Grow (Nova Scotia) subsidiary to sell cannabis products to end consumers through medical and recreational cannabis channels. The Company stated, finished product grown and packaged specifically for their customers in Nova Scotia is ready to be labeled and delivered.

This follows news from November that Biome signed one of top five largest deals of its kind in the Canadian history by quantity in Newfoundland & Labrador (details below).

Been following this for years, have no idea what happened to the Sollensys/touchscreen assets that were originally in ORTFF, but this is a new cannabis stock now.

Just started trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “BIO”

https://www.biomegrow.com/

https://twitter.com/biomegrow?lang=en

https://www.facebook.com/BiomeGrow/

Biome is built to become the next Canadian cannabis conglomerate. Diversified in its holdings, Biome is steered by leaders in the cannabis space - in finance, growing technologies, regulatory affairs, business building and marketing. This team has learned from the mistakes and successes of the cannabis companies that have come before us and is using those lessons to quickly become one of Canada's leaders in medical and recreational cannabis businesses. It is built for growth and built to last in an exciting but volatile space that will see much shakeup in the coming months and years.

Biome has also taken a different approach to the market than its competitors. It is focused on the local consumer - what they want in a product, and in a buying experience. It is focused on regional cannabis growing and business growth with an emphasis in Atlantic Canada. And it has expertise to attack the burgeoning global market from its Canadian base.

A company unlike any other in the Canadian cannabis marketplace, Biome has the approach, leadership and financing to be a dominant player in the industry.

Finally started seeing a bid/ask here this week. Folks that were genuinely interested in investing in Sollensys Korea should be seriously considering this as Orca is now essentially Sollensys and has the rights to all their technology & patents.

http://www.orcatouchtech.com/

They are also pressing on with the Guatemala smart phone factory project that Sollensys had in the works before they ran into financial difficulties.

http://www.bloomberg.com/article/2014-06-30/ay9Qd7qH193Y.html

Question is does the SOLS pump and dump hurt investor confidence in Orca...or do we see some sort of stock promotional activities here as well in the near future...hmm.
