STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco said Thursday it has acquired C.P. Service, a compressor distributor and service provider located in Naples, Italy.

The Swedish industrial tool maker said the acquired business was founded in 1999 and has 13 employees. It had a turnover in 2022 of around 6 million euros ($6.6 million).

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
