On November 17, 2021, Tom Harty, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Meredith Corporation ("Meredith") sent the email communication furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K to current Meredith employees relating to the proposed acquisition by Gray Television, Inc.
