Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 9, 2022, Cano Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of that press release as well as the Cano Health 2Q 2022 financial supplement are available on the Company’s website and are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. This Item 2.02 and the attached Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 are being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act.

The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast today at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, during which management will discuss the second quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. A question and answer session with analysts and investors will follow the prepared remarks.
