On May 15, 2019, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. entered into a $500 million senior secured term loan facility (the Term Loan
Facility). The Term Loan Facility bears interest at LIBOR plus 2.75%, with a 0% LIBOR floor, and has a seven-year term.
