On July 9, 2020, our subsidiary, Sirius XM Radio Inc., completed the previously announced redemptions of (1) all $1,000 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% Senior Notes due 2025 at a redemption price of 102.688% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date and (2) all $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% Senior Notes due 2023 at a redemption price of 100.771% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.
