I'm just now starting to dig through the messages on the other board. I haven't read the PR yet, but I will never believe 1 thing from SAGA or Chandra or Cotropia again. I dont disagree with you, but the bashers also took full advantage of it yesterday as they have been taking advantage all this time. It appears that the basher ring leader is dyno89. He is what we call a top tier basher who has been pretending to be a shareholder. I knew he was up to no good when his last post asking others about PPS average. He is such a liar basher.

They will also of course try to do a SPAC deal down the line... I hope so at least, since that will drive the SP up, but this one point makes it very clear that they were never going to do the SPAC... Barry wasn't incompetent, he was in on it and just didn't file...

Adnexus is the better name that they copied, it sounds closer to the Bristol Myers Squibb division. They have been registered with the Texas SOS for several years for Monoclonal Antibody Technologies.

According to otcmarkets.com Kelli Austin is listed as a Consultant for Enzolytics, Inc. She is also listed in the lawsuit and the business combination agreement. I do agree on Enzolytics, Inc. not wanting a SPAC deal.

ENZC leadership wasn't incompetent, they were calculating and deceitful. If there was any indication they were good people and not con artists, they would all be here still, searching for another SPAC or talking about the new one. They never wanted a SPAC deal, that was the Home Run of deception to cap all the other BS.

Was it Barry Kostiner, or was it Kelli Austin behind the SPAC deal? I'm not accusing either one, although I do have my suspicions. There are court cases that should clear up the issue. As to incompetent when running a company, I would look to the leadership of Enzolytics, Inc.

I highly suspect Kostiner was in on it to begin with... I won't bear false witness and claim that, but I don't see how anyone could be THAT incompetent when running a company.

Maybe the insiders are all buying. What if they caused all this confusion to scoop up cheap shares from the unbelievers. That's probably why the website is down, not for maintenance but to cause fear. It's probably why they did a press release about the leadership change. It's all making sense now. Time to back up the truck and load as many cheap shares as I can get.

I don't know if they are planning to be publicly traded or attempting to roll into a SPAC. As to the other issues raised I do not disagree. I would also gamble on this again if it was in the trips, but this time I would not be a believer and would take money off the table.

They were required to file the annual report on April 15th. They failed to do that. What did they hire Kostiner to handle? The new CEO is a genius.

That is speculation because nobody including you knows. Sure, we can look up a list of SPACS that have failed, but find me ONE that broke every single NASDAQ rule and was forced off the exchange.

There's no precedent for that, no PR's from ________ company saying "We will be trading on the OTC because we broke all the Nasdaq rules".
