Item 7.01 Regulation FD

In light of recent market events, including the recent Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation actions and the concerns about financial market volatility, UWM Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) made certain disclosures regarding the Company’s financial exposures, including that (i) the Company does not hold cash deposits or securities or maintain any accounts at Silicon Valley Bank, Silvergate Bank or Signature Bank, (ii) the Company has no other business relationships with Silicon Valley Bank, Silvergate Bank or Signature Bank, (iii) substantially all of the Company’s corporate cash accounts are held with large global money center banks and (iv) approximately 90% of the Company’s $9.3 billion warehouse line capacity is with large global money center banks or their affiliates.
