BankFinancial MHC, Inc Announces Results of Stock Offering and
Commencement Date for Trading of Shares of its Common Stock BURR
RIDGE, Ill., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BankFinancial,
F.S.B. ("BankFinancial") announced that it expects that shares of
common stock of BankFinancial Corporation (NASDAQ:BFIN) (the
"Company") will begin trading on Friday, June 24, 2005. The shares
have been approved for trading on the NASDAQ National Market under
the symbol "BFIN." BankFinancial received orders in its
subscription offering for shares of common stock of the Company in
excess of $425 million. On June 10, 2005, the Company announced
that it had received approval from the Office of Thrift Supervision
to complete its stock offering at a valuation of $244,662,500,
through the sale of 24,466,250 shares of common stock. Beginning at
1:00 PM on Thursday, June 23, 2005, subscribers who wish to know
the number of shares they received from the stock offering may

The Stock Conversion Center will be open from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
