On February 13, 2008, American Mold Guard, Inc. issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2007 ("Q4 2007 Release"). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
