Director/PDMR Shareholding
Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the creator and facilitator of
next-generation financial markets, has been notified that Glenn
Collinson, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has
purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 16 October 2023 at a price of GBP3.265 per
Ordinary Share.
Following this, Glenn Collinson now holds 32,003 Ordinary Shares
in the Company, representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share
capital.
