TURBO GENSET RECEIVES FOLLOW ON ORDER FOR
                              POWER SUPPLY LASERS

Turbo Genset is pleased to announce that its, power electronics division,
Intelligent Power Systems ("I-Power"), has received an order worth up to US$2.4
million (#1.4 million) from PRC Laser Corporation ("PRC") of New Jersey, for the

This order covers the supply of units over the next three years and is based on
the successful introduction of I-Power's power supply across PRC's range of
laser products. Actual deliveries will be dependant upon demand for PRC's

significant expansion of the Company's high voltage business, which was one of
the goals set for 2003.

The power electronics business has now won orders worth #4.9 million in 2003.

Commenting on this order Colin Besant, Chairman and CEO, said:

"2003 has been an excellent year for our power electronics business with a
number of significant orders. This follow on order is especially important as it
illustrates the quality and competitiveness of our products.
