announced that its audited Consolidated Financial Statements and accompanying
notes for the year ended December 31, 2013, as well as the related Management's
Discussion and Analysis, are now available online at

filed with the relevant securities regulators and are posted on the Canadian
Securities Administrators' website at www.sedar.com. 


Summary year-end disclosure was provided on February 27, 2014, in the fourth
quarter and year-end news release. There was also a conference call held that

The print version of the 2013 Annual Report along with materials for AltaGas'
annual meeting, including the Notice of Meeting and Management Proxy Circular,
