Robert Wiseman Dairies PLC (the "Company" or "Robert Wiseman Dairies")

Application for Admission

Robert Wiseman Dairies announces that in order to satisfy an exercise of a share options, on 24 February 2012 the Company allotted 1,502,713 Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Shares"). An application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on 2 March 2012

Subsequent to this allotment, the total number of Ordinary Shares of the Company in issue as at the date of this announcement is 72,282,931 with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 72,282,931.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Robert Wiseman Dairies, under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
