KUKA KORE Carts – Robotic Education for STEM programs
KUKA will demonstrate its ready2_educate KORE Welding Cart and
its ready2_educate KORE Cart to show its partners, customers and
the local community colleges how to incorporate Certificate based
robot education on KUKA products into their STEM, Advanced
Manufacturing and Mechatronics programs. Students have the
opportunity to learn basic robot programming and operations skills
on the same robots and control technology that is utilized in a
variety of industries.
KUKA Mobile Platform & Robotics with KUKA KMR iiwa and
KMP 1500
Freeing industrial robots from their floor mounts results in
more flexibility and functionality. The KMR iiwa from KUKA is a
combination of the collaborative LBR iiwa robot and KMP mobile
platform featuring our unique mecanum wheels with nearly infinite
degrees of 2D freedom and sub-millimeter accuracy. Fully autonomous
and safe navigation is possible thanks to laser scanning and
live-mapping, with immediate collision avoidance.
ready2_arc Miller
With the combination of KUKA and the expertise of Miller, the
ready2_arc Miller meets the increasing complexity and customer
demands in a wide variety of industries such as Tier one automotive
and general industry. The ready2_arc Miller utilizes the KUKA KR
CYBERTECH nano and KR CYBERTECH arc nano generation robots with
Miller Auto-Continuum 350 and 500. This ready2_use package provides
the needed performance for all typical welding tasks – thin to
thick sheet carbon steel, aluminum or special welding modes for
root pass, narrow gap or deep penetration welding seams.
ready2_spot
The new KUKA ready2_spot allows customers to quickly and easily
implement spot welding applications for joining steel and aluminum
parts. With the ready2_spot application, KUKA is the only robot
supplier offering an economical automation solution with
KUKA.ServoGun SW for high quality results. This enables maximum
process quality and simplifies the programming of spot welding
applications with servo guns.
KUKA Arc Cell
KUKA Industries will be showcasing its welding expertise with a
new arc welding solution and pre-engineered system. The new KUKA
Arc Cell can be implemented with no impact on production. KUKA
offers complete training, tooling design, complete onsite cell
implementation and installation support along with project
management services. Utilizing the KUKA CYBERTECH nano generation
robots, the Arc Cell offers maximum production volume while
consistently producing quality and quantity day after day.
Teach by Hand demonstration with KUKA LBR iiwa
Attendees will be able to teach a robot rather than program it.
Once the robot is taught by lead-through motions, attendees can
watch as the operation is immediately transformed into a robot
program – demonstrating human-robot collaboration.
KUKA Metal & Arc TechCenter
The KUKA TechCenter features the KR CYBERTECH arc family of
robots along with the latest in welding power supplies and
accessories from Fronius, Lincoln and Miller. This TechCenter is
designed to offer customers the opportunity to work and test
closely with KUKA engineers on customized welding solutions in a
secure and confidential environment.
KUKA Connect
KUKA Connect is KUKA’s new cloud-based software platform that
provides customers access to, and analytics of, their robots at
anytime, anywhere, on any device. Built on open global standards,
KUKA Connect securely leverages cloud computing technologies and
big data analytics to provide customers maximum visibility into
their connected KUKA robots.
